LY1 Series Over-Speed Switch with Manual Reset
The LY1 series over-speed switch is designed for auxiliary circuits with AC 50Hz, 380V or DC 220V. It limits the maximum rotational speed of motors, ensures rapid circuit disconnection, and guarantees safe operation.
Primary Application: Over-speed protection in the hoisting mechanism descent of cranes.
Suitable for other applications requiring similar over-speed protection.
Normal Operating Conditions:
Ambient Temperature: −5°C to +40°C. Average Temperature should be less or equal to +35°C within 24 hours. (Special Note: For temperatures below −5°C or above +40°C, specify requirements during ordering.)
Altitude: Installation site elevation ≤ 2000m.
Humidity: Relative humidity ≤ 50% at +40°C. Higher humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at 20°C). Condensation due to temperature fluctuations must be considered.
